Casa de la Luz Foundation can be included in your will with
a specific bequest, a percentage of your estate or as the
remainder beneficiary.
Assets are transferred to the Foundation with an agreement
that a fixed rate of return will be paid to the named beneficiaries
for life or a specified term. The remaining principal becomes
the property of the Foundation upon the donor's death or expiration
of annuity.
Assets are placed in a trust that provides for payments of
a specified amount to you for life, or a term of years. Upon
expiration of the trust, the remaining trust assets are distributed
to the Foundation.
You may donate a paid up life insurance policy or name the
Foundation as beneficiary of an IRA and/or retirement plan
can result in tax advantages.
